Refund policy

Something not quite right? We'll gladly accommodate returns and exchanges within 14 days on all products that haven't been used and are in the same original packaging that you received. To start a return or exchange please contact us at shopatforti@gmail.com

Returns Disclaimers:

1. Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return postage costs. 

2. Tracking numbers: If an order is being returned to us, you must provide us with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. Refunds will not be issued until we've received the returned order.

3. To be eligible for a refund, you have 10 days to ship the return package and share the tracking number with us after receiving the return address.

4. Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned order. Please note: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending on your bank

5. We are not responsible for undelivered or lost packages during returns. 

6. Ensure all items are packed in their original packaging, with the original bag and tag intact and undamaged.

7. Original order shipping fees are non-refundable.

REFUNDS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES: 

1. Providing an incorrect shipping address when placing your order; Returned to sender for incorrect/bad address will not be refunded.

2.  Failing to pick up your parcel from the local post office within the established timeframe.

3. When the shipping company confirms delivery to your address, but your parcel is lost or stolen.

4. For any other products in your order that are undamaged or for which you haven't provided proof of damage.

 5. We are unable to process refunds for customers who have opened chargebacks with their credit cards or PayPal cases, as the funds have already been debited from our account and cannot be refunded through our platform.

6. We do not issue refunds solely because your parcel did not arrive before a specific desired date or holiday.

7. Non-tangible goods will not be refunded (i.e. shipping and shipping protection and priority processing)

Restocking Fees

Returns: A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned items. This fee will be deducted from your refund once the return is approved.

Canceled Orders: Please note that canceled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover order processing costs
